Abbas Kowsari
Photographer Abbas Kowsari was born in Tehran in 1970, where he lives and works today.
He graduated from the Azad University, Tehran and works as a photojournalist for several international news agencies and Iranian newspapers. He has exhibited his more personal works in several shows in the Middle East and Europe, including “Muslims”, Parc de la Vilette, Paris (2004); “Portraits”, The French Cultural Institute, Damascus (2003); “Contemporary Iranian Photographers”, Asar Gallery, Tehran (2002); and “Regards Persans”, Espace Electra, Paris (2001).
